Colour Consultancy Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Service
Decor Archive provides professional remote colour and interior design consultancy services based on the information, images, and brief supplied by the client.
Services focus on colour selection, material coordination, and aesthetic direction for residential interiors, delivered digitally.
All recommendations are advisory and design-led. Implementation, purchasing, and installation remain the responsibility of the client.
2. Client Information & Accuracy
All services are based on the photographs, measurements, preferences, and written information provided by the client.
Decor Archive is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, unclear, or misleading information.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all submitted materials accurately represent the space, lighting conditions, and existing finishes.
3. Subjective Nature of Design
Interior design and colour consultancy are inherently subjective.
All recommendations reflect professional judgement, experience, and creative interpretation.
Individual taste, personal preference, and perception of colour and style vary between clients.
Clients acknowledge that they may not personally like all aspects of the proposed scheme and that this does not constitute grounds for complaint, refund, or rework beyond the agreed revision allowance.
4. Nature of Design Recommendations
Colour, material, and styling recommendations are influenced by lighting, screen settings, paint batches, finishes, and surrounding elements.
Final appearance may differ from digital visuals.
Decor Archive cannot guarantee that the implemented result will exactly match expectations.
Clients are encouraged to test physical samples before committing.
